What's my number now? Our delicious golden IPA is a perfectly balanced hoppy blend that soothes the senses, instead of attacking them. Just like Toots and the Maythals it'll have you dancing in no time.
We took the idea for a light, fruity, summertime ale and decided to put the beer back into it. This lil devil has a hazy peach hue, but looks can be deceiving. Our brew is beer with a hint of berry, not fruit juice with a hint of beer.
Fresh for the holiday season we welcome our Pre-Prohibition style Porter, Machine Gun Blues! A dark malty smoke flavor quickly gives way to the light sweetness of caramel and cherries. This light mouth feel on such a dark appearance deceives the eye, but your tongue will fall in love. If you've got the blues this season then you are probably a happy dude.
A crisp red ale with notes of fig, raisin, and caramel balanced by a light hoppy bitterness.
Our newest incarnation of an old favorite has returned! Celebrate the triumphant return of our Cream Ale by drinking one. This light, effervescent, straw colored beer is one of our original 3 brews... and now it's back! So join us, we've got Rocksteadys to please all palates.
A traditional German style, “ALT” refers to the “OLD” style of brewing before lager beers proliferated throughout the region. Its deep copper-brown color is derived from our complex mixture of kilned malts including Munich, chocolate, and Vienna. The result is a robust, flavorful, and unfiltered session beer.
The soul of a beer belongs to Yeast. Magical organisms breathing life into liquid. Transforming sugar into vibrancy and effervescence. Rousing your senses to explore.
Dry Stout brewed with Pacific Coast Oysters
Made with black pepper & coriander.
This beer is a bold, in-your-face hop monster. It has a light, easy drinking malt character that allows the hops to stand out. The hop character in this beer is intentionally on the dank side; big, sticky, and aggressive. This beer is for those of you who can't get enough hops. Join us on the dank side.
"This blood-red ale may not be what you might expect from a malty and hoppy craft beer. Evil Twin has a rich malt character, without being overly sweet. It has a huge hop character, without being overly bitter."
Brewed with Mosaic and Simcoe Lupulin Powder
This hulking version of our beloved, hoppy amber is a journey into the very soul of dankness, with a monstrous hop profile replete with fruity, resinous magic derived from boatloads of Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops. It’s a dazzlingly delicious beverage that celebrates the very stickiest of the icky while remaining outrageously drinkable. Pour it into your favorite tulip glass and prepare to be astounded.
Stout - Foreign / Export
Soured with lactobacillus and finished with Saison yeast, this beer is juicy, easy-drinking, and nicely tart. The additions of mango and a touch of passionfruit give this beer a rich aroma and vibrant fruit flavor.
Hop harvest is a bona fide celebration of the fall. Hop Session Mead represents the rewards of a year's work. The classic aromas of Oregon grown whole cone Cascade hops are the feature of this seasonal offering. Share some hopbeeness.
The art and science of awesome. Somewhat of an anomaly, Doctor Lupulin is brewed with loads of hops but is not too bitter. A high ABV brew that is easy drinking without excessive alcohol heat. Is that mango having a pleasant conversation with dank? Yep. The experiment to create beer perfection is alive.
This is a traditional Bohemian style Lager. We do not dry hop this beer to allow the pilsner yeast and malt characters really shine. We use 100 % German malts. Saaz hops during the boil give this lager an earthy aroma. This ale goes down easy; perfect pint after a long day’s work.
