We took the idea for a light, fruity, summertime ale and decided to put the beer back into it. This lil devil has a hazy peach hue, but looks can be deceiving. Our brew is beer with a hint of berry, not fruit juice with a hint of beer.
Fresh for the holiday season we welcome our Pre-Prohibition style Porter, Machine Gun Blues! A dark malty smoke flavor quickly gives way to the light sweetness of caramel and cherries. This light mouth feel on such a dark appearance deceives the eye, but your tongue will fall in love. If you've got the blues this season then you are probably a happy dude.
A crisp red ale with notes of fig, raisin, and caramel balanced by a light hoppy bitterness.
Deep ruby red in color, Rye'd Piper is brewed with Rye malt speaks to the hop-head in us all. Twelve percent of the malt bill consisting of rye malt lends an earthiness that compliments and balances the big caramel, chocolate and toasty malt flavors.
Flanders Oud Bruin
A medium-bodied sour brown ale that has been fermented with raspberries.
A tribute to our wonderful neighborhood, this IPA is full of tropical fruit flavors and aroma, and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe.
This cider uses a mixed blend of apples from our orchards with focus on the crisp acidity that gives tart apples their zing. This packs a whole bunch of fruit on the nose while keeping a crisp and fully dry finish on the palate.
Oatmeal, Milk, and Imperial Stout all in one. Chinook and Cascade hops produce an extraordinary finish.
A blend of Simcoe, Citra and Eureka hops combines with a base malt of Pilsner and a touch of rye give this hoppy American Pale a clean, crisp and dry profile. This brew is best enjoyed down by the river with a buddy!
"This blood-red ale may not be what you might expect from a malty and hoppy craft beer. Evil Twin has a rich malt character, without being overly sweet. It has a huge hop character, without being overly bitter."
The award winning 2x4s cousin. The * double ipa uses copious amounts of mosaic hops that give this beer strong notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, mango and berries. Brewed with a blend of Great western 2-row, light crystal, mosaic hops and some top secret stuff.
Fruitlands is tart, fruity, & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta. It's a marvelous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit-filled asteroid of flavor traveling at the supersonic speed of party.
Barrel Aged version, aged in Heaven Hill barrels for 14 months
A very robust Red ale made with Centennial and Cascade hops which lend a spicy finish to the beer.
An authentic, unfiltered, Bavarian-style wheat ale. Our proprietary Weizen yeast provides a distinctive aroma and flavor profile true to its Bavarian roots; spicy, slightly fruity, dry and refreshing. No fruit garnish necessary.
This is what happens when you take a Cream Stout and jack up the ABV to 7% and then add freshly, locally roasted espresso. The creaminess is derived from the addition of Lactose to the boil kettle and is balanced nicely by the roast from the whole bean espresso which is added to the beer, post fermentation. This beer is truly a unique winter time offering.
