What's my number now? Our delicious golden IPA is a perfectly balanced hoppy blend that soothes the senses, instead of attacking them. Just like Toots and the Maythals it'll have you dancing in no time.
Fresh for the holiday season we welcome our Pre-Prohibition style Porter, Machine Gun Blues! A dark malty smoke flavor quickly gives way to the light sweetness of caramel and cherries. This light mouth feel on such a dark appearance deceives the eye, but your tongue will fall in love. If you've got the blues this season then you are probably a happy dude.
Our newest incarnation of an old favorite has returned! Celebrate the triumphant return of our Cream Ale by drinking one. This light, effervescent, straw colored beer is one of our original 3 brews... and now it's back! So join us, we've got Rocksteadys to please all palates.
This Bavarian styled pilsner starts with all German ingredients to which we add a bit of noble hop for a little spiciness. The wonderfully malty aroma, that is classic to this style, is balanced with a noble hop character. The beer is crystal clear, straw colored with a brilliant white head. Its flavor is crisp and clean like good pilsners should be.
A wheat ale brewed with pale malt, white wheat, and a touch of Munich; finished with natural raspberry and cranberry fruit puree. This beer finishes dry, with a touch of mellow, crisp, fruity, and perfect for any day.
A collaboration pale ale brewed for the Oakland A’s home opener with Mraz Brewing Co. out of El Dorado Hills. This pale ale is huge on the tropical/citrus hop aromas and flavors from the Citra, Mosaic, and Lemon Drop hops. With a simple malt bill of 2-row, Pilsner, and Munich malt; this pale is clean, easy drinking, with a touch of malt and hop sweetness…perfect for a tailgate!
Brewed with warrior, centennial, citra, falconer's flight and simcoe. Notes of grapefruit, lime and cracker.
Tart, fruity, cloudy, complex. Definitely NOT the sweet fruit beer from your college days. Wheat malt and our house saison yeast fermented with a half-ton of nectarines. Complex, dry finish.
This beer is a bold, in-your-face hop monster. It has a light, easy drinking malt character that allows the hops to stand out. The hop character in this beer is intentionally on the dank side; big, sticky, and aggressive. This beer is for those of you who can't get enough hops. Join us on the dank side.
"This blood-red ale may not be what you might expect from a malty and hoppy craft beer. Evil Twin has a rich malt character, without being overly sweet. It has a huge hop character, without being overly bitter."
Before the Mosaic hop even had a name (back when it was just known as “HBC 369”), our brewers couldn’t wait to get their hands on some. Mosaic Session IPA is bursting with vibrant grapefruit aroma and flavors of citrus and tropical fruit.
Smooth and mellow, this ebony-colored stout features a rich creamy head, chocolate and light roast in the finish. This dark, full-bodied Irish stout is available on Nitro only!
This wildly delicious send-up to the classic Belgian Pale is a testament to why the style is so universally beloved. Sessionable yet stunningly complex, the Belgian yeast absolutely sings over a subtle, herbal hop bill before wrapping up in a clean, dry finish. The moderate ABV is a serious bonus, because you're probably going to want another one.
We use our already hoppy IPA as the starting point and add more of what people want — more hops! In addition to the five kettle additions, we dry hop it in the fermentor three separate times at three different temperatures and once more in the brite (hop) tank. After adding all those hops, it would be a shame to strain it out, so this beer is left unfiltered.
A fairly strong, highly roasted dark stout with pronounced bitterness.
Pure Oregon honey and juicy raspberries make the fuchsia colored Raspberry Session Mead. The berries bring a mildly tart and crisp sweetness to this semi-dry honeywine. Celebrate the Pacific Northwest with a glass of this beautiful berry mead.
This year, we are proud to announce our first release of Brewer’s Reserve Old Godfather Barley Wine. This special release is a blend of three batches that we brewed to higher-than-normal gravities resulting in a beer of almost 13.8% abv (with all the blending our math gets a little fuzzy).
